Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to cancellation@nexxusnutrition.com
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order
number, phone number, and email address. This information must be identical
to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact
information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling
your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of
your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In
the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your
order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged
including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received
after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping
upon return of merchandise.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Shop from the convenience of your computer with the
comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
We at Nexxus want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some
reason you are not satisfied or find our juice is not right for you, simply
send back the factory sealed unopened bottles to us within 30 days your package
was delivered by UPS and receive a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any bottles damaged
while in transit to our Returns Department. All returns must receive a RMA
(return merchandise authorization) number in order for the return to be processed.
Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. If an RMA number is
not listed on the outside of your returned box, it will be refused by our Returns
Department and sent back to you. Please contact us at returns@nexxusnutrition.com to
receive an RMA number.
NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to the call
center will be returned to sender at senders expense.
Out of Stock Policy
- The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering
is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand.
Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.
Most items "Out of Stock" ship within 1 week.
- Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does
not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it.
We will make a reasonable attempt to notify you via the email address provided
with the order if the item you ordered is out-of-stock.
Delivery of purchase
- At Nexxus, we believe fresh juice is better. That is why we produce
smaller batches of our products. We don't overstock our warehouses
and then sell you products have been sitting on selves for months. You
are assured the absolute freshest product available on the market. This commitment
to freshness means that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day
with sales demand. This could mean that your order can take up to three (3)
business days to ship from our warehouse. On very rare occasions with high
demand time periods it may take longer but even during this time most items "Out
of Stock" ship within 1 week.
- Canadian and Mexican orders are ship via UPS or USPS at the choice of the
buyer. All international orders outside of North America are shipped
by USPS international surface shipping and can take 4-6 weeks. If you
wish USPS international air delivery, please contact customer care. There
will be addtional fees.
